Landscape for Life

April is National Organ Donation Awareness Month. I have had the honor of working with a life-saving organization in Kansas City, Midwest Transplant Network, on several art filled projects. Driven by the passionate team at MWTN, their art and artful gifts, are to honor donors, and celebrate the lives saved through transplantation. Including a special employee whose life ended too soon.

After creating 40+ small paintings for the organization to give as awards instead of the traditional plaques, I painted 8 more landscapes for sale. These pieces represent the gift of hope and share life though organ, eye and tissue donation.  

 

20% of each “Landscape for Life” sale goes to Midwest Transplant Network, Kansas City KS.
